Katherine blew off my cousin for three months, while my Uncle was in cold storage, waiting to get legal documents. She didn't answer emails or voicemails and only responded to setting up an appointment when my cousin showed up in person demanding an appointment, at which time she was treated disrespectfully. During then in person meeting, Katherine could not answer basic questions and instead deflected by talking about her personal struggles that were not relevant. She then tried to pass us off to her friend attorney who has an exorbitant hourly rate. No stars. Do not recommend.

We had a wonderful experience during the entire trust planning process. Everything was explained very well and they had transparent pricing. Only reason we are giving a 4 instead of the 5 is that we had a little problem with getting copies of paperwork and slow response to emails. Otherwise it was a great!
