For Valentine's Day, I purchased a bouquet from SCV Florist for my wife, and I was impressed by the diverse collection and creative designs they offered. It's fantastic to support a local business, especially one where the owner lives in the community and clearly takes pride in their work. Adorable shop! Had to buy flowers for my doctor at 8 am in the morning, and this was the first shop i bumped into on my way there. Glad I found this shop! Beautiful flowers!

In 2023 I order a bouquet for my mother's Birthday. It was a Saturday, I called at 9 am and placed the order. I told the lady to please send the flowers as soon as possible. The store is only half a mile away from my moms house. We had our family get together, everybody went home and then the flowers arrived at 7 pm. I write a bad review and a few weeks later, the owner calls me to tell me to change my review. After talking to the guy for a while I tell him I will delete the review and that was that. Fast forward 2 year, I place an order online last week around 11:00 am because once again it is my mothers birthday and I want to give the business the benefit of a doubt. It is a Monday, it is not a holiday. I put in the instructions to please deliver the flowers as soon as possible. To my even bigger disappointment, the business closed at 7 pm but the flowers arrived at my mom’s house at 7:45 pm. Almost an hour AFTER closing time. I go to the website and look at the reviews and most people are very happy because of their prompt delivery…… And finally to the owner, don’t bother calling.

After Ava's totally let me down, I called Santa Clarita Florist in a panic. They sent beautiful flowers, on time, and put up with my constantly asking for delivery updates. They were delivered as expected, whew! Thank you.

Called an hour before they closed and they still managed to deliver beautiful fresh roses to our loved one before the end of the day. Super fast, professional, and easy to work with. I really appreciate the quick turnaround and great service! Definitely my go-to florist from now on.
