Chef Nick prepares his food with love! Had the Brisket Wrap which was loaded with small cubes of seasoned brisket, cilantro, his "special" sauce and wrapped in a obviously homemade pita. Served with his chips and dill pickle. Somehow it managed to taste decadent and healthy at the same time. Service is ultra-friendly and helpful. If I lived in the Jackson vicinity, I'd frequent the restaurant to sample all menu items. One regret: that I didn't get a couple of chocolate chip cookies to go.
