Chef Nick prepares his food with love! Had the Brisket Wrap which was loaded with small cubes of seasoned brisket, cilantro, his "special" sauce and wrapped in a obviously homemade pita. Served with his chips and dill pickle. Somehow it managed to taste decadent and healthy at the same time. Service is ultra-friendly and helpful.
If I lived in the Jackson vicinity, I'd frequent the restaurant to sample all menu items.
One regret: that I didn't get a couple of chocolate chip cookies to go.

Nick Wallace Culinary is a perfect blend of great food and great people. Having the ability to cook amazing dishes is one thing, but to show up with a smile and connect with guests is something that Nick and his team always does.

Nick is the perfect blend of Mississippi down-home cooking and urban chic style. He delightfully shares his cooking tips & tricks, while he prepares a gourmet meal in the comfort of your home.
His can-do attitude resulted in a long list of accomplishments. We’ll be having Nick back and telling our friends.
