I can't say enough good things about our experience with National Memorial Park funeral home. Jami, our representative, was not only professional but compassionate, available, and easy to talk with. She coordinated the extras that we had requested for the gravesite funeral, which gave the service a more personal feel. I would highly recommend their services.

My sister and I are so grateful for the kindness and effort Joyce and Julie put into helping us with a Vietnamese Buddhist ceremony. It was an incredibly challenging time for us and we wanted to honor our wonderful mom, and Joyce and Julie went out of their way to make it easy for us and to give us the perfect day for our mom. It wasn't about work for them, they truly did care about us and wanted to truly help us honor our mom, and we are forever grateful. They're the best and we love the overall experience at National Funeral Home.

The death of a loved one is obviously a very difficult time, and also a very confusing time in terms of dealing with all the details that need to be resolved. Working with the National Funeral Home & Memorial Park (NFHMP) made the funeral arrangements very easy and everything was done perfectly and with great tact. This, unfortunately, was not the first time I've had to work with NFHMP and every time has been extremely easy and efficient. Ana was more than a pleasure to deal with. She is a wonderful person who knows this business well and how to guide the bereaved through the process. She also has great emotional intelligence in dealing with the bereaved. I can't say enough about her. She reflects so well on the NFHMP, which is lucky to have her.

When deciding to sell my plot and, instead, purchase a bench to hold urns, I started working with Olivia Updike. To say that every step of the process has been successful is an understatement. Olivia has communicated with me in the most personable and professional ways possible. All her emails have been timely, whether to address my concerns with spot on answers/solutions, to explain burial purchasing terminology or the actual buying and selling processes and procedures. She has gone above and beyond the usual to accomodate my schedule (as well as those individuals involved) to make finalizing agreements simple, easy and without stress. Her knowledge of every aspect of the end-of-life burial business is beyond reproach. Between that, her willlingness and ability to work with and include colleagues, as needed, her thoroughness and attention to detail and legalities, and her remarkable personality to work empathetically with individuals needing this service certainly makes this "adulting" end-of-life-cycle responsibility a whole lot more easier, acceptable and willing to address and finalize. National Memorial Park is most fortunate to have Olivia Updike in its employ.

My mom was called home by Jesus in Feb, and it was the hardest time for me and my family. We work with Celsi directly and she gave her best assistance to us, response and/or answer our questions fast. Celsi collaborated with us directly with her sincere care and empathy making it easier for us. She understood our heartbreak, our need to give the best for our mom and our cultures. The mass in Church and viewing went smoothly. She managed to complete the documentation to transport my mom back to our country origin within the timeline she provided.
She was always accessible, quick to answer any questions, and absolutely amazing at getting everything we wanted for services. We highly recommend them for when your family goes through this process.
Throughout the entire experience, Celsi demonstrated compassion and professionalism, making an incredibly difficult situation more bearable for us. Her attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our wishes truly stood out.
We are deeply grateful for her dedication and recommend National Funeral Home to anyone in need of support during such times.
