I was with this firm on limited scope less than 3 months ago. I just needed a letter served to the person involved in my case. My case has a lot of moving parts, and where it stands now it’s evolved from a simple trust dispute into something more serious. While I was on limited scope I was told repeatedly the litigation attorney didn’t agree to take my case yet, until I figured out they didn’t take my case seriously or care to represent me at all. With the person I’m currently in battle with, this made me feel even more alone and gaslit than I already felt. I found another attorney to represent me for litigation, and they told me if I ever considered to rehire them to reach out. Well fast forward to now, I did. Pretty sure the legal assistant forgot who I was and what my case was about. I sent a detailed timeline with info to the legal assistant, because instead of the litigation attorney giving me the time of day for a consultation I had to provide more info even though I sent a detailed essay. I’m currently represented, and I’ve had heavy hitters in Phoenix and Tucson call me to see if I still needed an attorney. My case is strong according to other professionals in the state. I’m sorry I wasn’t worth your time, consideration, or effort. Get over yourselves.
