We cannot say enough great things about this catering company! With less than 24 hours before our event, our original caterer canceled, and they completely saved the day. Not only did they step in on such short notice, but the wood-fired pizzas they made were absolutely incredible. The smell of the wood-fired oven outside was amazing and had everyone excited before they even took their first bite. Everyone raved about how delicious the pizzas were, and people kept going back for more. The team was professional, accommodating, and truly helped turn a stressful situation into a huge success. Highly recommend for any event — amazing food and outstanding service!

Fired Up Pizza catered our daughter’s wedding reception, and they were amazing! Jake made incredible pizzas on-site that our guests loved. The pasta bar, run by two fantastic chefs, was a huge hit—everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The food and service made the night extra special. Highly recommend!

When your guests ask to bring home leftovers, you know you chose the right caterer! Fired-Up Catering's pizza, pizza rolls, appetizers and salad had our guests waiting in line for seconds and for thirds! Jennine coordinated all of the details prior to our wedding, confirming our timeline with the presentation of food. Jake was regularly communicating with us throughout the evening to ensure the timing was perfect and that everyone's bellies were full (which they were!).

Jake and his team catered my wedding this previous Saturday. They did such an amazing job! The staff was so attentive, quick and polite. The food was beyond amazing. The pizza, dessert pizza, Stromboli, caprese tray and meatballs were all insanely delicious. I wish I could have the meatball recipe because my husband didn’t have any..they were THAT good!! They also packed us some pizza to go with a note inside congratulating us! If I ever need catering again I will definitely hire them again. I highly recommend them to anyone!!!

I have been very lucky to work with Fired-Up Catering for many events over the years. I work in event planning and have hired them for countless events and parties as well as my own rehearsal dinner, 30th birthday and am currently working with them for my parents 40th wedding anniversary party and a 350+ person fundraiser this summer. Jennine puts customer service first, is extremely responsive and makes planning a breeze. Fired-Up always has an awesome team who are all super focused on great service and have great energy.
