I worked with Hillel, who was always helpful, respectful, and responsive. He really went out of his way at times to help me, even on his own personal time. I was impressed by the patience he showed when I was trying to make choices about a bronze grave marker. He never rushed me and the result was perfect. There is a video on their site that shows how much hand craftsmanship goes into making a bronze marker, and it helped me understand why bronze markers are not cheap. The one I got from Fram cost hundreds less than the one that the cemetery designed and yet it was just as beautiful. They allow you to put as many words as you want on the plaque at no extra per-word fee. Their design experts even made some recommendations that made my choices better. The law allows anyone to use services other than those of the cemetery for markers, so don’t feel like you have to go with the prices the cemeteries charge. This was a lovely alternative that matched surrounding family grave markers. Fram placed the marker in time for the service and it had a beautiful granite base under the bronze plaque. I chose Fram because of their high ratings which they deserve. I’m very pleased with Fram’s service and product, and I would definitely deal with them again if needed.

I contacted Fram Monument, after receiving pricing directly from the cemetery. The salesperson, Justin Hoch, was great to work with and was very considerate and helpful in guiding me through the process, options, constraints (by the cemetery) and pricing. He also was great in guiding me through the design process. The entire purchase went great and the graver marker/monument was installed within two weeks after the burial service. Note: each cemetery is different and has their own requirements/restrictions on what can be installed. Fram is very familiar with each and can clearly guide your through the process.

I met with Hillel on Halloween in the Annapolis office to purchase a granite marker for my late husband's gravesite. My family would all be present on Thanksgiving, and we wanted to bury his ashes when we were all together. Hillel spent considerable time with me on a design, and sent it to the foundry that day. I was very pleased that he was able to deliver and arranged with the cemetery office to have it installed on November 19, an impressive timeline.
