Niagara Hospice

Awesome facility and can not say enough about the staff,and nursing care,social workers,kitchen staff.they took extra care of my dying wife,from the time she was transferred there till the afternoon she passed away on March 12th,2026.these professional people were very caring ,and even contacting me to see if I am ok,after my wife passed.even staying in touch with my family.i thank you from my heart.

They took amazing care of my grandma in her final days, you could tell she was really at peace. Could not have asked for a better experience!

This is a very nice facility with good care from what I have seen. The rooms are really nice too. I do think they need to change or eliminate the carpets in the rooms. They are very dirty. Normally I wouldn't notice this but we had a toddler with us and she had taken her shoes off for a short stint and her feet were black like charcoal in a very short time. Another family member pointed it out as well and specifically told me not to take my shoes off. It would never cross my mind but if you're there all day and night some might. Otherwise, a great place for end care!

The workers here are angels on Earth and this facility is a dream. I cannot imagine a better place to see my grandma off into the next chapter of her life. Thank you for making this incredibly hard time for my family as gentle and peaceful as possible with endless empathy and compassion. I will be forever grateful to Niagara Hospice.

One of the most difficult times of my life was made a little easier by literally every single person that I met or talked with at Niagara Hospice House. They are so amazing! EVERYONE was so incredibly kind, compassionate, patient, and thoughtful - not just with my mom but with our whole family as well. Their comforting ways gifted my mom with peace in her final days and I will be forever grateful to them for being so incredibly sweet to her when she needed it most.
