Araceli Leon was very kind and compassionate, as she handled all the paperwork and any phone calls/texts that was necessary for me and my family. If we had any questions she was there to answer them. David Finch at Family Memorial Mortuary and Crematory provided the kindest and most compassionate attention to my brother when he passed away in early April of 2026. I was referred to David by Loma Linda University Hospital, and as we were going through a very difficult time - David provided quick support and was just the best. My family could feel the respect and dignity that my brother was being treated with by David and the staff. We now have my brother's cremains and are into the next phase of his final journey to be spread in the Pacific due to David and Family Memorial's memorable empathy and compassion.
