Our family had a wonderful experience working with Alexa and Margaret. Both were sincere in their condolences and making it comfortable to get some final decisions made. Alexa guided us through a very emotional day and was very professional.

Because neither of my parents had ANY plans in place when they passed I decided I didn’t want to do that to my children. So I kept meaning to pre-plan but, ya know, life kept getting in the way. My father-in-law passed recently and we were very surprised that he had planned ahead. I made an appointment the day of the viewing because if I didn’t it wouldn’t get done. The people at Serenity couldn’t have been nicer or more supportive both at my father-in-law’s service and setting up our own arrangements. I know some of you are saying “What do I care I’ll be dead.” You’re not doing this for you you’re doing it for your family. In the midst of their grief over losing you do not make them have to make more decisions. It is truly an ultimate act of love & kindness

Ryan was great help! I live in Massachusetts and he was able to help me organize everything over the phone and via text to finalize having my mother’s ashes placed in their lovely location. I know she is happy with our choice! Ryan was also great when we found that the vase was missing from my grandparents grave site and he got that replaced with a couple of days! I have said it plenty of times ‘Ryan is the best!’ Thank you!

My mom passed away unexpectedly in January. Emma took my call on a Sunday morning and was so supportive from the start.
