The Chateau de Boise - A Provincial Senior Living Community

As a close neighbour.of this facility, I am quite unhappy with their issues regarding pets. We have called multiple times over the past few years about excessively barking dogs, with no satisfaction. Today I finally called Animal Control, who informed me that this was the 2nd call in less than a month.

⭐ Rating: ★★★★☆ (4 out of 5 stars) Review: I’ve lived at Château de Boise for a while now, and overall it’s a very good place to call home. The staff and management do a solid job balancing the needs of residents and employees, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the people who live here. The community offers a nice mix of independence and support — I appreciate having my own apartment while still being part of a friendly, social environment. The food is generally good but could use a bit more variety, and dinner service quality sometimes depends on which team is working. The adult staff are friendly and dependable, while the younger servers vary in attitude and experience. Housekeeping is consistent and thorough — I receive weekly light cleaning, fresh sheets, and towels, which helps keep things comfortable and well cared for. Overall, Château de Boise is a safe, welcoming community with great residents from all kinds of backgrounds, which makes it diverse and interesting. The pricing is also very reasonable compared to other places I’ve looked at. With a few improvements in dining variety and service consistency, this would be an excellent five-star community.

Just moved my parents here. We are so relieved that all the staff are phenomenal. You can really feel that they sincerely care for their residents. The food looks and smells delicious and it's an added bonus that they have daily regular meals if they are not in the mood for the specials of the day.

This place is really special. The staff are so patient and kind with the residents, and the residents are truly so welcoming and inviting to new residents. There are always activities, the facility is super clean, and they can still hold onto some of their independence! They have been so amazing to work with and we are so lucky to have found this place for my grandparents!

A Great Place for Mom and Dad! Our family began the dreaded process of finding a senior community for our parents over a year ago looking for a safe senior community flexible to meet different and changing needs. The Chateau de Boise knocked it out of the park from the very beginning. Responses to inquiries by email, phone, and in person were all at the highest level of service. I would have to list EVERY name of the staff here to properly acknowledge excellence in service, these people are angels. Apartment is laid out very efficiently, activities that can keep people engaged all day every day, food variety and quality is off the charts...delicious and what a spread. Our family is very thankful for this place and the people, it truly is an answer to our prayers. We have been here with Mom and Dad for a week now and feel very comfortable leaving them here in their new home and community.
