Brandon helped me put together a celebratory surprise dinner for my husband’s 70th birthday. I wanted something very special for just the two of us. Brandon prepared a shrimp remoulade appetizer, strawberry and pecan salad, pork tenderloin and potatoes, and topped it off with Mississippi mud pie. Oh my! It was an outstanding meal and my husband was truly surprised and enjoyed every minute. Thank you, Brandon!

Wow, what an amazing experience. Brandon is such an incredible chef! His passion for his craft is obvious in the delicious food he prepares. Everything he made tasted incredible 🙌🏻 He’s friendly and very professional. He brings everything with him and his attention to detail truly makes the meal special. I would highly recommend him for any occasion, a big dinner party or just a personal, intimate dinner for two. I would say he’s as good, probably better than the best chefs that Baton Rouge has to offer.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing jambalaya that was made for Tristan’s benefit. Not only was the food absolutely incredible but sold out within minutes! He generously offered his time, his skills, and his whole heart to support my fiancé after his accident, and it truly showed. The flavor, the care, and the love he put into that pot made the day even more special. We are so thankful for his kindness and for stepping up when it mattered most. Highly recommend him and his cooking to anyone!

100% will be doing business with Chef Brandon again! From the planning process to budget and execution of set up, everything was phenomenal. The food was amazing and beautifully served. The staff and Chef Brandon were punctual, professional and very attentive. Because of First In Catering my evening was a huge success and my guests raved about the meal.
