Amazing place that takes care of families in their time of need. So well thought out and organized. Takes a physical and metal load off of families whose children are needing help. So glad this place exists. The volunteers are awesome.

It breaks my heart to even have to make this post but they denied me and my wife a place to stay while our daughter is at the last stage of her battle with cancer. They said that they couldn’t help due to her being in her last stage and not needing any more care since she is estimated to live only 5 more weeks. Me and my family are not from Wisconsin we traveled from Arkansas and expected to be provided shelter while we fought through this hard time with my amazing daughter that is fighting for her life.. I’ve donated to the Ronald McDonald foundation my entire life and after being denied a place to stay because my daughter is “at the end of her treatment” with 5 weeks left estimated to be alive as the reason makes me loose all hope for this world and this organization. All we wanted was the same love and charity that we gave you throughout the years. Me and my wife have been switching from sleeping in the chairs in our daughters hospital room and my car in the parking lot due to being rejected by the Ronald McDonald foundation. I only have barely enough money to drive back to Arkansas after this is over due to leaving work so I can be here for my daughter that’s 7 years old and I can’t afford paying for a hotel. My daughter is covered by state benefits so she’s already received the lowest form of care and to Mae matters worse we have to suffer more by not being able to have a place to sleep during this traumatic point in our lives. I have nothing else to say to the Ronald McDonald foundation besides you guys are greedy selfish and horrible human beings. If I could have gotten all my money back that I’ve donated to your foundation over the last 10-15 years I could be able to stay there at least a month if not more. Your charity is a scam and as much as you hurt the people donating to that don’t actually know your not using the funds properly you hurt the family’s that actually need it the most. I hope this location gets shut down and a organization that actually cares for this part of Milwaukee takes your place.

I knew about RMH, but never needed to stay there until my son became ill. This facility made us feel so welcome and at home and it took such a load off our minds that we could just cocentrate on being together. Very kind people and a great, peaceful place to hang out as a family.

The Ronald McDonald house is absolutely amazing. From the first time we walked through the doors they was so welcoming. All the staff and volunteers was absolutely amazing. We loved how they had meals everyday that made it feel like back at home. They also had tons of snacks that you can get at anytime. The whole place is absolutely gorgeous with tons of stuff for your children to do during your stay. They had a amazing game room, a play area, indoor and out door play area, actives for the family to do and so much more. The rooms was absolutely amazing and so cozy and clean. Thank you again to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful

Wow! The Ronald McDonald House is amazing! Such a well run organization! We recently stayed at the Ronald McDonald house while our daughter was in the NICU for 24 days. They were so nice and accommodating to our family during this tough journey and we are forever thankful for all of the volunteers, donors and staff that made this possible!
