Beckenham Crematorium and Cemetery

The service for my big brother was excellent. He was the first person in our family to be cremated, so we didn’t know what to expect. We were very happy with the arrangements. The mourners complimented us on such a lovely farewell.

Tha atmosphere was calm and peaceful and added to our wished for ceremony for our Dad.

The crematorium and grounds are lovely. Warm peaceful space. Everything was in place. Just a slight glitch with the red button. However this did not detract from our experience. We had quite a large congregation who were accommodated

Terrible service. Miscommunication from the beginning and didn’t act upon our wishes. Several follow ups were made to ensure arrangements were being carried out. In the midst of my sorrow and vulnerability I could not count on beckeham crem. Billy, the manager was just as incompetent and in the end I had to escalate matters to a senior leadership team who arranged compensation, and acknowledged the poor level of service. Shambles!

My mum Janette’s send off was lovely. The staff were very respectful and made the morning go very smoothly. Nice venue and very easy place to find. Thank you so much from me and all my family. 😊
