10/10!! experience, will always recommend this company to anyone I know or meet!! I came in with my dad to get a custom plaque made in honor of my mom that passed away recently. We got the privilege to meet jerry & his welcoming family as soon as we walked in. They told us that their business is family owned! Jerry was in charge of helping me and my dad put our ideas together for the plaque., he walked us through the whole process. he got the vision of what we wanted, exactly how we explained to him. The cemetery told us it could take 6- 8months for a plaque to come in with their services. But finding Jerry it took less than 3 months to come in and get delivered to the Cemtery.🙏🏼 Overall 10/10 experience, couldn’t have chosen a better company for this.!

Working with Jerry at G.V.G. Memorials has been a memorable experience. Because of the profession he and his staff are in, the pressure is very high for them to deliver on quality and service. Jerry was caring, personable, professional and encouraging throughout the entire process. Despite his youth, he is a seasoned veteran, having been born into this profession and was getting his hands dirty with practical experience from a very early age. It is human nature for business people in many professions to be more concerned about their customers before a transaction is completed than afterwards. Not so with Jerry. He allowed me to witness the installation of the Headstone and even suggested I help fill in some of the soil. After he finished we shook hands and he departed. Four days later, I went back to mom’s grave to change the water in the flower vase only to discover that the sprinkler system had splashed soil all over the Headstone. I sent Jerry a picture and he responded quickly with a text, and then, he called me. I was not expecting a call too. His level of concern for me, his client, remained undiminished. That’s the kind of care you want and that’s the kind of care you will get from G.V.G. Memorials!

GVG Memorials was incredibly wonderful in allowing our family to customize our father’s headstone. It was our last favor to him and with GVG Memorials we were able to honor him without minimizing the details. Every idea we drew up was met with encouragement and enthusiasm. I believe we had four total ideas for our father’s headstone and each one was professionally conveyed to us in order to come to our final decision. I couldn’t have done it without Jerry. He was wonderful, understanding, and delightful to work with. He stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process making sure we had updates along the way. I am grateful for his service and as bittersweet as this next phrase is, I look forward to working with him in the distant future.
