The Director of this place is wonderful! She has two separate buildings for both Independent and Assisted Living. Veterans are taken care of here as well as people with lower availability of resources. All their residents are their top priority and they have great and affordable housing for the current market and economy. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for yourself or family.

There is no communication at all. My family member had multiple medical events which all included an ambulance ride to the hospital. No one called me any of the occasions. Furthermore the facility called me on accident and hung up on me. I called back. They again hung up. On my third called they asked me of i was the nurse, I then Explained I am the medical POC and they said she needed a nurse not me. They NEVER explained to me why or what happened. Eventually I was able to connect with my family member and they explained all the medical issues and hospital trips. To say I am livid and disappointed in this facility for the last 5 years is an understatement. They can't hold staff, don't communicate, treat the residents like children and its rundown. The pond is full of trash and litterly dead floating fish.

I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life as I was by Stephanie and another staff member—Tash or Tosh (not sure of the exact name). Stephanie, who is supposedly the director of the facility, was extremely unprofessional and rude. All I asked for was a simple letter of denial, and instead of helping or explaining anything, she hung up on me.
The way I was spoken to was completely uncalled for. It's unacceptable to dismiss someone by repeatedly saying “no” and then hanging up the phone as if we’re having a casual disagreement between friends. This was a formal matter, and I expected at least basic respect and communication.
I can't imagine the mental distress this kind of treatment could cause someone, especially if they are already in a vulnerable position. Being met with rudeness and disregard when you're just trying to get clarity or help is completely unacceptable.
In addition, some of the criteria used for making decisions simply do not make any sense. It feels inconsistent and unfair, and it raises serious concerns about how evaluations are being done. The company urgently needs to review its policies and ensure they are not only clear and logical but also applied with compassion and professionalism.
I will be taking this issue further because no one should be treated like this. If this is how the company handles concerned individuals, then serious changes need to be made.
