Elite Catering

We recently had the pleasure of using Elite Catering for our son's rehearsal dinner and party at he Botanical Gardens in Fayetteville. I cannot say enough about the fabulous experience. Luis and Edna were the most accommodating, professional and pleasant team we could we could have dreamed of!!! The event went off perfectly and Luis's food was, as expected, excellent. We are from Raleigh and have access to a lot of great vendors and Elite stacks up with the best of the best in both quality and service at a very fair price!!! My thanks to Elite for helping create such an incredible weekend! Cannot wait to get some of your great cooking.....

Chef Lou prepared appetizers and the main entrees for our guests at our wedding recently. He delivered just as he promised during our tasting with him. My wedding guests complimented how the chicken with the cornbread stuffing and the flank steak were both amazing. Would definitely recommend Elite Catering to those looking for catering!

•So they catered an event my job had. Staff were very nice and pleasant to deal with. Truthfully the food was bland but I guess that's since all people can't eat the same seasonings. None the less I still enjoyed the food.

My wife and I chose Elite Catering for our wedding in early October and simply put - we were beyond impressed with the entire package! We had everything from a mashed potato bar to shrimp and grits to pulled pork in cornbread muffins topped with coleslaw. Aside from the delicious food, their presentation on the food stations looked great. Also, we all understand that no matter how good the food and food presentation, it wouldn't be complete without the service. Edna and her team did an incredible job with their service - they listened/spoke with the guests, kept smiles on their faces, and kept the tables cleared off the entire night. They really are top notch and we are very fortunate to have them cater our wedding. Thank you, Elite Catering!
