I cannot Thank Graystone enough for being there during my difficult time to help me with the custom upright for my Daughter. Everything with them went smoothly from our initial appointment. Joy was so easy to work with, she listened, she asked, we answered and she along with her team executed everything nicely and according to our requests. Not once did we feel pressured to change anything from what we requested or to purchase something different than what we asked for. We got a different type and very specific custom monument and they made our vision come to life. Thank you all for your dedication, our monument looks of top quality and it's as Beautiful as we envisioned it, words are not enough to Thank you all for your patience and dedication to our product.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
This entire experience has been heartbreaking and incredibly frustrating. First of all, the shop is barely open—it's hit or miss whether someone will be there or even answer the phone. After my husband passed away last year, we were told his headstone would take 8–10 months. Twelve months later, we had nothing.
I had to be the one constantly reaching out via phone and email for updates. And when I finally got in touch, I was told that I was the reason for the delay because I hadn’t finalized a decision on the stone’s details—something that was never clearly communicated to me as a holdup. If that truly was the issue, shouldn’t they have informed the family sooner? Basic communication and compassion were completely lacking.
Joy, in particular, was especially rude and dismissive. She spoke to me in a condescending, unprofessional tone that no grieving person should ever have to deal with. There was zero empathy throughout this process. They were quick to take payment, slow to deliver, and ultimately charged us a restocking fee after we had to cancel and ask for a refund.
Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. No family should have to go through this kind of stress during such a difficult time.

Upon meeting Jeanie and Joy, I impressed upon them my wishes to ensure my Wife had a marker by her birthday. They made it happen and I am grateful. They also worked diligently to fit what my daughter and I wanted on the gravestone. I would recommend Graystone Monuments to anyone going through this very difficult moment, as they were professional and accommodating.

Joy and the folks at Graystone Monuments were absolutely awesome to work with. My mom was laid to rest in Manteca, I live in Arizona so, everything for mom's headstone was planned through email and the results were way better than expected. Huge thanks to all at Graystone Monuments.

In Sept 2021 my cousin in law passed away suddenly. My cousin was devastated. When the dark clouds settled, my cousin decided to have a custom gravestone made for her husband. She asked me to help her look for a reputable company. Being that we were just getting out of the covid lockdowns, the responses to voicemails left and emails sent came in really slow. By March 2022, we had picked Graystone Monuments because they were patient in answering our inquiries and they were the most responsive. That’s when we met Joy. Since my cousin wanted the best she can afford for her husband, we asked about installment plans and payment set up etc. My cousin picked the book top gravestone with other special features such as photo, scripture on book top etc. They explained that it takes about 12 to 18 months to source the stone, carve the design and install. They held our hand every step of the way. Every time payment was sent they gave us an updated invoice. Every time there was an update on the production process, they kept us posted. Joy was an absolute joy to work with! Thank you Graystone for your human kindness and your quality work!
