I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Joanne and Sherry for the kindness and care they showed me during a difficult situation regarding my sister’s marker. After speaking with several people and feeling like the issue was not being resolved, Joanne became involved and worked very hard to make things right for me. Her communication was excellent, and she always kept me informed about each phase of the process in making my sister’s marker. That meant more to me than words can express. I also want to thank Sherry for all of her help and compassion throughout this process. Their kindness, patience, and caring hearts truly made a difference during such an emotional time. She took the time to understand what mattered most to us, answered every question with clarity and kindness, and guided us through options in a way that felt thoughtful rather than overwhelming. What could have been a difficult and emotional task became a peaceful, reassuring experience thanks to her professionalism and genuine care. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and Megan’s guidance helped us feel confident and at ease with our decisions. The gravesite process was clearly discussed & they’ve provided clear information anytime I have stopped by with questions. Shelia was very helpful in directing the process during the gravesite service & clearly provided directions when needed. She help facilitate handing out flowers from the arrangements to everyone to keep or to lay on the coffin after is was lowered. Tin was so gracious in allowing me to view & approve the plot not only remotely but by allowing me to be shown the plot outside our allotted appointment. They handled a lovely & beautifully done service in a quick time period & did so with kindness & flexibility. I am so happy I chose Moore for my husband.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to sincerely thank Moore Memorial Services for the wonderful experience we had during my son’s Celebration of Life. Everything went so smoothly, their compassion truly stood out. Scarlet was incredibly understanding and patient with me. She took the time to listen and made sure every detail was handled with care. The team provided chairs, set everything up beautifully, and ensured we had all we needed to honor my son in the special way he deserved. I am deeply grateful for their kindness and professionalism during such a painful time. I highly recommend Moore Memorial Cemetery to anyone looking for a peaceful, caring place for their loved one’s final resting place.

They only care for certain areas. These are the spots they show during walk about to get you to use them. They don't care, they don't have compassion nor professionalism like they state. We have had issues since forever and they don't care. We have many people here and you can tell where they only care for certain areas. The one that has my Uncle and Grandmother on my mom's side is in the Black Cross Area (Old Rugged Cross North) is the worst. The photos I will add will show the gravestones disappearing into the ground, holes bigger then 2 feet and deep, holes next to the gravestone where you can see down into the plot to the cover that is over the caskets, gravestones shifting to neighboring gravestones, mowers chipping away at the gravestones because they don't cover them, etc. You call, you email, and no contact back. They literally ghost you. You put in work orders and they either don't do it or just through sand at it. Sand which just washes away at the first rain. I have spoken to many families who visit this same area and they have complained about the same things and nothing is done. WHERE IS THE COMPASSION, THE CARE, THE PROFESSIONALISM? Our family members might have passed but they are in your care, in your gardens. FIX IT! DO BETTER! If you are needing services use another funeral home because after they get the money and your loved one is placed, they don't care unless they are in the Big money spots.
