Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley

We ordered our father’s headstone from Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley the latter part of 2024, and to this day it has still not been completed—despite multiple follow-ups and ample time for resolution. This level of delay, after delay is completely unacceptable for such an important and time-sensitive matter. While one customer service representative was professional, responsive, and compassionate, their efforts do not excuse the funeral home’s overall failure to deliver. The lack of accountability, follow-through, and urgency reflects a serious breakdown in operations. This is not just an inconvenience—this is a matter of honoring a loved one. The funeral home’s negligence has prolonged our family’s grief and added unnecessary emotional distress. At this point, we expect immediate action to complete the headstone, along with appropriate compensation for the excessive delay and lack of service. We cannot recommend this funeral home based on our experience.

Giseth and staff are very helpful and professional when it comes time to getting everything together for a peaceful funeral for loved one’s. They show caring and compassion towards you to ease the pain of grief. Staff was always available if any concerns or questions arise and they’re always available to talk with you.

My experience with Funeraria Del Angel Palm valley was exceptional. Losing a loved one is so very hard. I could not have asked for more, Giseth, Shayla, and both Ana's were professional and most importantly very caring. Thank you for all your support.

Losing a loved one is never easy, but at Funeraria Del Angel they made this difficult time a little bit more bearable. Shayla and Nancy are incredible human beings. They are nice, caring and very empathetic. They reassured me my loved one was taken care of and they understand what we wanted. The funeral service was lovely. Rob made our guest feel welcomed. Death is never easy, but Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley is the place to go if you need expert information and assistance making funeral arrangements. They took the time to listen to our need and went above and beyond to make it happen.
