I don't even know where to start, I have been a long time customer. I lost my brother back in 2017, then my mom in 2019 and just a few weeks back my Dad passed away. In my time of need, Elemental has always been there for me. They were compassionate, caring and honored my family. Every interaction was wonderful, the services are affordable and I was treated with respect.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Elemental and specifically with Dilaria. She was a true blessing in one of the most emotional and stressful times of my family’s life, and I will always remember how gracious, patient, and kind she was. We never felt rushed or pressured to make any decision, and she was always more than happy to answer all of our questions no matter how silly and numerous they may have been. I hope not to need their services again for a long while, but I will absolutely recommend and use Elemental again in the future.

It's a surreal time of life, having to make arrangements for a loved one. I did everything online, but Elemental will walk you through everything on a call if you prefer. Dilara was wonderful. She communicated every step of the way and made this as easy as possible for me and my family. I don't mean to be insensitive, but the cremation and fees were very affordable compared to what I've seen other places. The whole thing was quick and the Elemental team supportive.
