Jasmine was professional, thorough and charming. She gave 110% throughout our process, presenting all options and researching each question I had completely.I left with the feeling I had truly made the best decision possible.

Palmetto Cremation Society allowed someone who was not my father’s legal next of kin to authorize his cremation, which took that decision out of the hands of his children and deprived us of the chance to see him or have any say in what happened. When questioned, they were unable to provide a clear or legally sound basis for how that decision was made. The handling of this situation was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. Mickey, the funeral director, (who is a physical manifestation of Humpty Dumpty) was unprofessional throughout the process. This was one of the most careless and disturbing experiences I have ever had with a business handling something this serious.

My son died in a different state than we lived in. And Palmetto was so good about helping me out with everything I needed to do and know. I would highly recommend them.

Dignity Memorial provided compassionate, professional, and respectful care during one of the most difficult times of my life. From the very beginning, their team treated my son and our family with dignity, kindness, and genuine empathy. They explained each step of the cremation process clearly and handled everything with great care, which gave me peace of mind when I needed it most. I am deeply grateful for their support, sensitivity, and the comfort they provided during such a painful moment.

My Brother in Law just passed away 2 days ago. This place would not allow my husband, his sister or his daughter to view his body. I called them and the lady answering the phone was very nice and said she would have them call me. I never got a return call. They told his wife that it was not permitted. She could only see him to ID his body. No compassion to his siblings and daughter.
