Worst customer service ever for a new customer by their Wylie office! I was ghosted by the representative named Ruth in the middle of communications and byuing process. Most likely the 5 star reviews are not real reviews because they are talking about the same representative in that same office. I was planning to buy not just one but two. You see the typical response of "We can't find you in our system" below!! Yet I have already talked with the phone number below and the above rep knows my name!! Don't do business where your business is not wanted!!

Gifford Monument helped me with purchasing and designing a headstone monument for my parents and it turned out so beautiful. Every employee who I talked to and who helped me on this journey were so professional, helpful and very pleasant to work with. Thank you all so much for helping me complete this final task and blessing for my parents. They also helped me get my grandparents monument set back upright and leveled after it had tipped over a few years ago and it looks wonderful.

I went to two different headstone places, but I had such a great experience at Gifford! It was a no brainer. Ruth was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. The prices are also very reasonable compared to some other places. I am sad that I had to be in the market for a tombstone, but I am extremely happy with the monument Gifford made in order to honor my loved one. I am so so happy with everything. Thank you so much for helping us honor our loved one’s life ❤️ definitely recommend 10/10

Working with this company to get my grandmothers marker made was incredible, Jennifer was extremely helpful and compassionate in every step of the process. I know this is something no one wants to have to deal with but if you find yourself in need of a marker then this place is by far the best and most affordable place we found.

Nick Gifford was wonderful to work with. His store was beautifully done, clean, and very comfortable. This is a hard thing to do anyway yet he made me feel welcome and at home. He was patient, kind and caring. If you need a monument or a flat marker this is the place to go.
