It was a total nightmare dealing with these people... Closing out the funeral plans with the passing of my mom. My family from out of town were shocked with the first meeting with a staff member she induce herself and sat down and mention we owe 1800.00 plus 250.00 fee to file the deed. Didnt show any compasison any time during this meeting nor had a copy of my contract to review our plan we purchased. We had use mine copy of the contract to proceed with Funeral arrangements. A Year later Corporate did a audit at this location and found that my Burial contract was canceled and didn't have answers on how that happen...but they mentioned that I did have a credit $1400 and would not be returned to me and only can be used as a credit. The maintenance people at this location are bunch of lazy Inconsiderate and unprofessional. I witnessed once 2 guys ran over a vase and look back and just left and even 8 months later it was not replace... If you love the ones that you loss don't put them here...you and your love one's deserve better. Thanks Manny for proving my point...My Mother is Unfortunately buried there.and furthermore does Mr.Jay from your corporate team in Houston come to mind? Oh snap it does!!! So I have the right place Knucklehead.

I am very disappointed! The way we show our loved ones how much we love and miss them is by bringing stuff to represent them! The employees at memory gardens go around and take the knickknacks left behind for our loved ones! The employees told us that other employees call “dibs”. They don’t cleanup, they leave trash and don’t cut the yard! This is not the first time this has happened.

I attended a service there and the staff was amazing. The director Rachell and Brianny (i think those were their names) they were amazing at taking the lead on services. The church was arranged beautifully and went we went for the visitation was sooo pretty. (God knows our cousins wouldn't have done that). Those ladies were God sent.

Rachel and Adrian were so great to my family. After the loss of my grandpa, everything was so stressful. They made sure that the service went well, that we were treated with the utmost respect and care, and that my grandpa's burial went smoothly. I truly and deeply appreciate every single thing they did for us and the respect they showed my mother, grandmother, and entire family. I'll remember this forever. Thank you all so much from the Ysaguirre family.

I couldn’t be more satisfied for the help and gratitude for the staff. Especially Taylor Clem for helping my husband and I plan everything for are precious baby boy’s funeral. From the moment we meet to the final day . Even after the service to see how we are holding up in these hard times. I have family & friends that are have been put out to rest here in the past and never had one complaint about this lovely establishment. Beautiful and big from inside and out. Love that they let you leave anything for your loved ones on their graves and keep up with them , leaving them beautiful year around .
